Cancellation policy

OVERVIEW By purchasing a subscription or a "Subscribe & Save" option from NIGHT SHIFT, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to ensure you never run out of your favorite roast, but we want to make managing your delivery as easy as possible.

1. CANCELLATION WINDOW You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel after this window, your final order will be processed and shipped, and your subscription will terminate thereafter.

2. HOW TO CANCEL You can manage or cancel your subscription through the following methods:

  • Customer Portal: Log in to your account on the NIGHT SHIFT website and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions."

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@teamnightshift.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation." Please include your name and order number.

3. SKIPPING OR MODIFYING DELIVERIES We understand that sometimes you have too much coffee on hand. Through your customer portal, you have the option to skip a delivery or change the frequency (e.g., moving from every 2 weeks to every 4 weeks) without canceling your subscription entirely.

4. PAYMENT FAILURES If your payment method fails, we will attempt to re-charge the card on file up to three times. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused until your billing information is updated.

5. REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS Subscription renewals are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns once a subscription order has been roasted and shipped.
